Case:  23-3020481 Date:  Sunday, October 29, 2023

Time:  4:44 a.m. Location:  12330 Metric Boulevard, Austin, Texas

On Sunday, October 29, 2023, at approximately 4:44 a.m., Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a 9-1-1 emergency call for service at Henry Heights Apartments located at 12330 Metric Boulevard, for a report of a loud disturbance occurring. Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived on scene and located two victims that were severely injured. The victims reported that they were held at gunpoint by three male suspects who forced their way into the apartment. Due to their significant injuries, the victims were transported to a local hospital. APD officers arrived on scene observed evidence of forced entry into the apartment, a broken back window, and multiple trails of blood leading away from the apartment. APD Robbery unit detectives determined that the victims were inside the apartment when they were randomly targeted for a home invasion style robbery by the three suspects.
